Moon

Jack is obsessed with the Moon.  If it's in the sky somewhere he will find it.  If it can be found by looking through a window, he'll climb the couch to find it.  And, he's always looking for it when we're outside.  Yesterday, he saw the Moon out one of the skylights in my parent's kitchen.  He laid on the floor just to stare at it.  He can even tell you if it's a Full Moon, Half Moon, or Crescent.  Don't be surprised that we are in the process of learning Gibbous Moon.  We've read the On the Moon book at least one hundred times and that was just this morning.  He'll tell you it takes 'four days' to reach the Moon from Earth.  Yep, I think we have a future astronaut on our hands.  Well, perhaps, a commentating astronaut.
